How to edit PDF's on your iPad using Adobe Reader 

1. Download Adobe Reader app onto iPad. 

2. Sign into Adobe Reader using Apple ID, Google account or Adobe account. 

3. Import PDF into Adobe Reader by selecting "Files" and "Browse more files". 

4. Once you have your PDF added to Adobe Reader, double tap your Apple Pencil where you want to sign. (see video below)
